    Why was the RAM website updated

    The RAM website was updated to provide a contemporary website experience.

    Research, user consultation and testing have informed the website updates including a refreshed look, improved navigation, useability and content - making it easier and faster to find the information you need.

    What you need to know

    You don’t need to do anything.

    • You can continue to access the RAM website at info.authorisationmanager.gov.au
    • You can continue to use your bookmarked or saved links.
    • Your business links and authorisations won’t be affected.
    • You can still log in to RAM via the RAM website.

    You may be asked to provide your feedback on the website updates by completing a short survey during your visit.

    Avoid scams and fraudulent websites

    During the beta, you can use both this website and the legacy RAM website. Remain aware of fraudulent websites and avoid clicking on links from untrusted sources, as they may redirect you to fake or malicious sites. When accessing:

    • this website, ensure your browser includes ‘https://info.authorisationmanager.gov.au’.
    • the legacy RAM website, ensure your browser includes ‘https://info.legacy.authorisationmanager.gov.au/’.
