Renew a representative's authorisation
To renew a representative's authorisation you need to be a principal authority or authorisation administrator.
You can renew a representative's authorisation if you previously set an end date or their authorisation type has an automated expiry date.
For example, Basic users can only be authorised for up to 12 months. The authorisation can be renewed from 40 days before it expires and you’ll receive notifications to your email address in RAM to remind you.
