You can view your own authorisation in RAM to check your level of access for government online services.

How to view your own authorisation

    1. Log in to RAMExternal Link
    2. Select View or manage authorisations, machine credentials and cloud software notifications.
    3. Select View next to the authorisation for the relevant business.
    4. Select Show details, located under the Agency access details section.

    View or export authorisation activities

If you’re a principal authority or authorisation administrator, you can use the ‘History’ function to view or export authorisation activities for a business. For example, when an authorisation was created, authorisation type and agency access.

You can export up to 1,000 records at once. If there are more than 1,000 records, you’ll need to export multiple reports. Use the search and filter options, such as ‘actioned date’ and ‘actioned by’, to refine the list of authorisations. Additionally, the ‘Filter by access’ option allows you to choose between ‘access’, ‘partial access’, or ‘no access’.
