Why is the RAM website being updated?
The RAM website is being updated to provide a contemporary website experience.
Research, user consultation and testing have informed the website updates including a refreshed look, improved navigation, usability and content – making it easier and faster to find the information you need.
What you need to know
You don’t need to do anything to prepare for the updated RAM website.
- You can continue to access it in the same way at info.authorisationmanager.gov.au.
- You can continue to use your bookmarked or saved links.
- Your business links and authorisations will not be affected.
- You’ll still be able to log in to RAM via the RAM website.
Once the updated RAM website is available, you may be asked to provide your feedback by completing a short survey during your visit.
Avoid scams and fraudulent websites
With the upcoming updates to the RAM website, it is important to be aware of fraudulent websites and phishing scams.
- Avoid clicking on links from untrusted sources, as they may redirect you to fake or malicious sites.
- When accessing the RAM website, ensure your browser includes ‘https://info.authorisationmanager.gov.au’.
- Report suspicious activity – if you encounter anything unusual, contact the RAM support line immediately.
