    Streamlined and secure business authorisations

Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) ensures the right people have the right access to the right services on behalf of a business.

Set up your business in RAM

    1. Get your Digital ID, such as myID.

Check the identity strength you need as a principal authority and how to access RAM with your Digital ID.

    2. Link your business.

Work out if you can link online in RAM or find other ways to link your business.

    3. Authorise others to act on behalf of your business.

Create authorisations in RAM, including choosing representative types, authorisation roles and access.

Why use RAM for your business

By linking your business in RAM once, you can simplify your interactions with government agencies.

This means easier access to services like tax, grant applications and employee super contributions, with less paperwork and improved efficiency.

You can also view, change or remove authorisations at any time. This gives you greater control over who has access to your business's sensitive information and allows you to protect your business from unwanted access.
