The RAM website has support material and is updated regularly.
Speak to a customer service representative
- Phone our support line on 1300 287 539 (select option 3, then option 1 for RAM enquiries).
- If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English, phone us using the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 13 14 50.
- If you have difficulty hearing or speaking to people on the phone, contact the National Relay Service (NRS) and give them our support number, 1300 287 539, (select option 3 for RAM enquiries).
- If you are overseas, phone + 61 2 6216 1111 and ask for your call to be transferred to the RAM support line.

- 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Australian local time, Monday to Friday
- Overseas support line – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm AEDT, Monday to Friday.
The RAM support line will be closed from midday (local time) on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and re-open at 8:00 am (local time) on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Inappropriate access to your details in RAM
RAM with a is secure online service that allows businesses to manage authorisations. It ensures only you and authorised users can transact with a government service on behalf of the business.
If you suspect someone has inappropriately accessed your business details in RAM:
- contact our support line immediately
- review and remove any authorisations of concern.
